Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee our building and construction projects in Docklands, Victoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and contribute to the success of our organisation in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively, including labour and materials.

- Communicate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.





- Train and mentor junior staff and apprentices.

- Implement best practices for construction methods and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the building and construction industry.

- Robust knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety (e.g., White Card).

- A valid driver's licence.
