What You'll Be Doing We are currently placing ticketed operators into several types of active roles:

- Storepeople: Managing inward and outward goods, inventory control, and general warehouse operations.
- Pick Packers: High-volume order picking utilizing both forklifts and manual handling techniques.
- Yard Hands: Loading and unloading trucks, managing outdoor storage, and keeping the yard organized and secure.

What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: Rates generally ranging from $36.00 to $38.00 per hour, plus superannuation.
- Convenient Locations: Roles based primarily across Sydney's Western and south western Suburbs (including hubs like Smithfield, Wetherill Park, Auburn, Blacktown, Prestons, Ingleburn and more).

What You Need to Succeed

- A current and valid Australian Forklift (LF)



Licence (mandatory for all listed roles).
- Proven, recent experience operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts.
- A strong, non-negotiable commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable transport to get to and from sites in Western Sydney.
- The physical capacity to perform standard manual handling tasks when you aren't behind the wheel.
