Are you a CA-qualified accountant ready to move from professional services into a commercially focused industry role?

We are looking for a technically strong and commercially curious accountant to join Close the Loop as our Group FP&A; Manager.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will help the business understand its performance, plan for the future and make well-informed commercial decisions. You will work with senior leaders and finance teams across multiple businesses and regions, turning financial information into clear insights and practical recommendations.

This opportunity would suit someone from a Big Four or established mid-tier accounting firm who has strong financial modelling and analytical skills and is ready to build their career in FP&A.;

What you will be doing

- Lead Group budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Prepare management and Board reporting, explaining performance, risks and opportunities.
- Partner with senior, operational and commercial leaders to support better business decisions.
- Provide analysis for business cases, capital projects and strategic initiatives.
- Support Group treasury, hedging and covenant reporting.
- Improve financial reporting, planning processes and the use of data and technology.

Who we are looking for

You are likely to have approximately five years of relevant experience and be looking for an opportunity to apply your accounting foundation in a more forward-looking and commercially focused role.





You will ideally bring

- A CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience within a Big Four or established mid-tier accounting firm, including audit, business services or advisory.
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills.
- A sound understanding of financial statements and technical accounting.
- The ability to analyse information, identify what is driving the result and explain it clearly.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and asking constructive questions.
- Solid attention to detail, ownership and follow-through.
- A genuine interest in moving into FP&A; and helping leaders make better decisions.

Experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, foreign currencies, treasury or covenant reporting would be highly regarded. An interest in using AI tools to improve analysis and finance processes would also be an advantage.
