Applejack Hospitality is expanding and were seeking experienced Front of House Managers to be part of our growing team and join the family! Key duties & responsibilities

- Lead, coach and roster the FOH team to deliver excellent guest experiences

- Oversee daily floor operations, sections, reservations and waitlists

- Train and develop the team across service, upselling and guest recovery

- Manage labour, budgets and key service KPIs

- Maintain RSA, safety and compliance standards

- Oversee POS, cash-up and end-of-day procedures

What we's love from you...





- Leadership experience in a premium, restaurant or bar environment

- Confident managing labour, budgets, stock and POS systems, with a strong eye for the detail

- Current NSW RSA, or the ability to obtain one before starting

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
