- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian hot and cold dishes, particularly Korean and Japanese.

- Ensure that all food preparation, cooking, and presentation meet health and safety regulations.

- Assist with menu planning and recipe development to deliver high-quality Asian dishes and an authentic cultural experience.

Requirements for the Role

- Trade certificates in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification

- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Korean or Japanese restaurants

- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
