About the role

We are seeking an experienced leader for Paradise Point Bowls Club on the Gold Coast to deliver A Class hospitality experiences. Coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around food, beverage and gaming, you will be responsible for the day to day delivery of services across a dining room (160 pax capacity), gaming room, sports bar with TAB facilities, reception and administration, outdoor viewing deck, and 3 greens with an undercover green.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver day to day services across dining, gaming, sports bar, reception, administration and outdoor facilities

- Manage the dining room, gaming room, and sports bar operations

- Lead and manage others

- Roster management





- Provide high levels of customer service with an energetic and positive attitude

About you

- At least 12 months previous experience in a similar role

- High levels of customer service and skilled, engaging and motivational attitude

- RSA, RSG, CLOR, RMLV or willing to obtain

- Approved Managers License

- Blue Card

- Knowledge on leading and managing others

- Roster knowledge

- Gaming knowledge

- Police Check
