We are looking for a reliable and experienced Full-Time Brunch Chef to join our busy café team. If you are a hardworking chef who enjoys a good team environment, takes pride in your food and wants a stable Monday-to-Friday position with early starts and early finishes, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook brunch and breakfast menu items to a high standard
- Maintain good food quality and consistency during busy service
- Manage kitchen responsibilities independently
- Take food safety, cleanliness and presentation seriously
- Work as part of a supportive team environment
About you
- Experience working as a chef, preferably in a café, brunch or breakfast environment
- Hardworking, reliable and organised
- Works well as part of a team, experience in training new staff.
Leading skills
- Good communication and a positive attitude
- Can work independently and manage kitchen responsibilities
- Takes food safety, cleanliness and presentation seriously
- Knowledge or experience with Asian cuisine is an advantage
