Four A & Family Pty Ltd t/a G & R Hot Bread Shop is seeking an experienced and reliable Baker to join our team in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

We are looking for someone with solid bakery experience who can assist with the daily preparation and production of a range of breads, rolls, buns and other baked products while maintaining consistent quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, weigh and mix ingredients to produce dough for breads, rolls, buns and other bakery products;
- Knead, cut, mould and shape dough and prepare products for baking;
- Monitor dough fermentation and proofing to ensure appropriate texture and quality;
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, proofers and ovens;
- Set and monitor baking times and oven temperatures to achieve consistent product quality;
- Bake and finish a variety of breads and other bakery products;
- Check the quality of raw ingredients and finished products;
- Maintain bakery equipment and work areas in a clean and hygienic condition; and
- Follow workplace food safety,



hygiene and WHS requirements.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Relevant qualification in baking or a related field;
- Relevant commercial bakery experience;
- Good knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, proofing and baking techniques;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to maintain consistent product quality in a busy bakery environment; and
- Valuable understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.

Position: Full-time Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week

Location: Kalgoorlie, WA

Salary: $80,000-$85,000 + superannuation
