About the Role

We currently have an opportunity for a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. The position may be offered on either a full time or part time basis, depending on the successful applicant.

Working at the centre of a busy multidisciplinary clinic, you will play an essential role in ensuring patients receive a calm, professional, and supportive experience while helping coordinate care across our integrated healthcare services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

GO2 Health operates extended opening hours from 7:00am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday.



Successful applicants will be required to work a rotating roster across these operating hours, providing flexibility and ensuring consistent support for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming front desk experience
- Support veterans and vulnerable patients with empathy, patience, and understanding
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate appointments and maintain smooth daily clinic operations
- Work collaboratively with clinicians and the wider healthcare team
- Confidently utilise practice management and CRM systems
- Maintain accurate patient records and administrative processes
- Balance competing priorities while providing excellent customer service
