You report to the group Managing Director, a refreshing leader who empowers, supports and trusts his team.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Sales and marketing for the business, and a team of six direct reports.

You set the strategy and decide how the number is won. One of the largest stock holdings in the country sits behind you, so you say yes while competitors quote lead times.

- Own sales and marketing end to end
- Lead six people and build a team of world class champions
- Win and grow high level key accounts at project level
- Lead technically. The hard questions stop with you
- Build the strategy, then get backed. Financial support from your MD, the trust to execute, and no micromanagement
- Turn the country's largest stock holding into a commercial weapon

YOUR EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years in industrial Hose and Fittings.
- Technical depth across product, customers and supply chain
- 5 + years of sales and business development with Industrial Hose & Fittings
- Comfortable owning a number, a team and the decisions
- The passion, drive, energy and vision to lead a team to victory!
