Core Recruitment & Retention is assisting an ASX listed junior exploration company with sourcing of suitable Geological Field Assistants.
This position is scheduled to commence mid-October 2026, depending on rig availability and will be for a total of 45 days. There are 2 positions, working back-to-back, located in the Murchison region. Roster is open to discussion. Day rate of $500 to $800 depending on experience.
What you require / will be doing
· Processing of RC rig / sampling core
· Basic computing, data entry
· Operating a forklift
· Driving – Manual licence
· Assist the in office Geologist as required.
To be considered you will need to be able to demonstrate, at interview and on application
· Past experience in a similar position
· Current WA Drivers Licence – manual
· Forklift operation
· Ability to obtain a National Police Check for employment purposes
· Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test. Along with being an Australian citizen, permanent resident or having a current visa with the ability to work.
