We're a small, local glass and aluminium business on the Sunshine Coast, and we're looking for another valuable tradie to join the team. We've been in the industry for 30+ years and work on everything from high-end homes to commercial buildings, toughened spider fitting facades, shopfronts in shopping centres, factories and commercial fit outs. There's plenty of variety, so no two days are the same.
You will not be stuck on a floor all day fabricating. We select and take on the projects we want for builders with the same values and quality of work.
Key responsibilities
- Installing commercial glass and aluminium
- Installing framed and frameless windows and doors
- Cutting and assembling aluminium frames
- Site measures and set outs
- Working through jobs independently and solving problems on site
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
About you
- Reliable and easy-going
- A good worker who takes pride in their work to produce quality work
- Experienced in the trades, construction or site work
- Good with measurements and attention to detail
- Safety-conscious
- Keen to learn and develop new skills
- Comfortable working in a team and independently
- Driver's licence
- White Card
- Your own basic tools (we'll provide a list)
