Coaching Role for a Personal Trainer | Glenlusk

No Rent. Leads Handed To You. A Coach Behind You.

- Glenlusk, TAS | Casual | start immediately
- $40.17 to $55 per hour depending on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission
- Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

Here Is Your Average Week

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here. That is what the week looks like.

Everything You Walk Into

Fair reaction. So here is exactly what is on the table, no fine print: Mentoring that pays for itself. A coach with 15+ years in the game helping you turn trials into ongoing clients, every single week.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

You Got Into This to Coach, Not to Run a Failing Business

You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency. Not to spend it doing this:

- Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before
- Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard

- Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session

The business side is what ends most PT careers early. Not the coaching. The everything else. Jamie Fitness was built to fix that.

Is There A Catch?

There is no trick. There is a standard though. You are a fit if you are:

- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.

A Bit About Us

We are a coaching business that has placed 20+ trainers in 20+ clubs around Melbourne and Sydney. You coach, we handle the rest, the leads, the admin, the marketing and the systems. The outcome is steadier hours and better clients. Have a quick look: https://youtube.com/shorts/KrTaR9ctbH8
