A friendly small animal veterinary clinic in Nundah, Brisbane is looking for an experienced Locum Veterinary Nurse to assist with a number of shifts throughout September.

n

There are eight dates currently available, all with convenient 9:00am – 4:00pm hours.

n

You absolutely do not need to be available for every shift. Whether you can help with one day, a handful of dates or the majority of the month, we'd love to hear from you.

- Thursday 17 September | 9:00am – 4:00pm

- Thursday 24 September | 9:00am – 4:00pm
n
- Friday 25 September | 9:00am – 4:00pm

The Role

n





You'll be joining an established small animal GP clinic and supporting the veterinary team with general day-to-day nursing duties.

n

We're looking for a nurse who can comfortably step into a new clinic environment and assist the team where needed throughout the day.

n

Ideally, You'll Be Comfortable With

n

n
- General small animal veterinary nursing
n
- Surgical nursing and patient monitoring
n
- Patient admissions and discharges
n
- Hospital patient care
n
- General treatment and nursing duties
n
- Working as part of a busy GP team
n
- Communicating confidently with vets, nurses and clients
n

Flexibility

n

Availability for individual dates is absolutely welcome, so please don't rule yourself out if you can't cover the entire September roster.

n

If you have regular Thursday or Friday availability throughout September, this could also be a great chance to pick up several shifts with the same clinic.
