Job Description

UnitingCare Health Pty Ltd. Buderim Private Hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Patient Flow Manager to lead after-hours nursing managers and casual staff, driving protected, efficient patient flow and bed management across departments.

You will coordinate patient movement, support service excellence, manage staffing to budgets, and contribute to quality improvement and risk management while upholding patient dignity and confidentiality.
