Job Description
Join one of the regions most well regarded community organisations in their aged care division supporting the payroll function
n
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader and Senior Payroll Officer, the Payroll Officer is responsible for the provision of accurate data entry and effective payroll customer service to all internal and external customers and stakeholders
n
Newcastle based, 2 days WFH, Contract until July 2027 - possible opportunities after this point
n
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
n
n
- High proficiency in payroll data entry, including experience working in a high transaction volume workplace
n
- Demonstrated competence with payroll systems and processes relevant to payroll
n
- Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
n
- Demonstrated knowledge and application of confidentiality principles
n
- Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to prioritise tasks
n
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
n
- Attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Demonstrated ability to carry out duties in a timely and efficient manner with the capacity to be self-reliant and exercise initiative with minimum supervision
n
- Experience with multiple awards and enterprise agreements
n
n
Bonus points for Aged Care experience, Preceda software
n
