About the Role

n

As the Clinical Care Manager at Regis Alawarra Lodge, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the delivery of secure, high-quality and resident-centred care across the home.

n

In this role, you will:

- Lead,



coach and mentor a team of nurses and care staff to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes
n
- Oversee resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation processes
n
- Support compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, audits and accreditation readiness activities
n
- Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and governance frameworks
n
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and broader leadership team to deliver exceptional resident experiences
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, allied health professionals and external stakeholders
n
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and person-centred care excellence
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous leadership experience within residential aged care
n
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and contemporary aged care practices
n
- Demonstrated experience in clinical governance, quality improvement and risk management
n
- Exceptional communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A passion for developing teams and delivering outstanding resident outcomes
n
- The ability to lead through change while maintaining high standards of care and compliance
