You will be incredibly well-supported in your role as you step-up to join a team of multi-disciplinary progressional. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, passionate, and collaborative Rehabilitation Counsellor who cares about their clients.

As a Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Assisting a wide-ranging caseload through conducting relevant assessments including vocational assessments and providing return-to-work case management.
- Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.
- Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.
- Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with the wider management team
- Participating in team meetings, collaborative projects and more
- High-level reporting

Requirements:

- Approved tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, or Psychology. Occupational Therapists are also warmly welcomed.
- Current registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
- Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- A desire to work within Occupational Rehabilitation and make a lasting difference
