As a Graphic Designer, you'll bring LSKD’s brand DNA to life through bold, original graphics across apparel and accessories. You’ll dream up and develop artwork spanning sport-inspired motifs, statement typography, heritage streetwear and limited capsule drops, translating seasonal stories and product pillars into designs that feel unmistakably LSKD. Working closely with our apparel designers, Creative Direction and Production teams, you’ll create graphics that look great, connect with our community and help shape what LSKD looks like next.

This is a full time role based in our Global HQ in Loganholme, QLD.

Description

How You'll Make An Impact...

- Design original graphic artwork across apparel and accessories for LSKD
- Create artwork across multiple applications — print, embroidery, applique, woven, digital, and other specialty executions
- Produce production-ready files with a clear understanding of print techniques, limitations, and best practices
- Translate seasonal narratives and brand pillars into cohesive graphic concepts
- Build seasonal graphic packs, mood boards, and presentation decks for internal reviews and sign-off
- Maintain consistency with LSKD’s brand tone, values, and community-driven message while pushing innovation and hype
- Work closely with Creative Direction, Design and Product Development to bring concepts through the pipeline
- Identify emerging aesthetics, motifs,



typography trends, and cultural signals to keep graphics ahead of the curve
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Deliver artwork on time and in alignment with range build timelines, GTM milestones, and design reviews

What You'll Bring To The Role...

- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within streetwear, activewear, or youth culture brands.

- A strong portfolio of t-shirt graphics showcasing typography, illustration, and layout skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Deep understanding of print processes and fabric applications (water-based, HD plastisol, puff, flock, applique, embroidery, digital, etc.).
- A strong eye for composition, balance, and color storytelling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- You thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment
