ABOUT US Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5–12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. ABOUT THE ROLE In this role you will:

- Produce compelling and creative graphic assets to be used across all consumer-facing channels for Sydney Thunder
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring to life creative vision for campaign deliverables
- Ensure our brand identity always remains consistent
- Ensure all design project tasks are delivered on time and to a high-quality standard

ABOUT YOU

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Graphic or Communication Design, Communications, Marketing or equivalent industry experience
- At least 2 years of design experience
- Strong creative and imaginative skills
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills and visual execution
- Solid proficieny in Adobe Suite – specifically Photoshop and Illustrator
- Proficiency in Figma is desirable
- Experience with digital design roll outs
- Experience with printed collateral designs




- Strong understanding of marketing and branding principles
- Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch and contribute ideas
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
