Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

No rent. Ever. Keep what you earn from session one.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

So What Is the Catch?

There is not one. But this only works if you are the right person:

- Structured. You track your clients,



plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.

Not everyone fits this, and we are okay with that. We want people who want to be outstanding at the coaching part.

Here Is Your Average Week

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent. That is what the week looks like.

Who Fits This Role

- Cert III and IV in Fitness, or finishing soon
- First Aid, CPR and a WWCC sorted
- A strength first approach for normal, everyday clients
- Ready to build something that actually lasts
