What This Actually Looks Like

You walk in, your calendar is full and confirmed, and your assistant has already handled the reminders and follow ups. This month your mentor helped you turn five trial clients into ongoing members. More hours, better pay, zero out of pocket. That is the job.

The Deal, In Plain English





Every trainer says that at first. So here it is in plain terms: Leads booked straight into your calendar. 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

Who Fits This Role

- Cert III/IV qualified, or nearly there
