We have a rare chance for a Group Insurance Manager to join our growing ASX-listed company. This is a critical role managing our Group Insurance Program, insurance claims, insurer and broker relationships, policy renewals, dispute resolution and contributing to the ongoing maturity of our Group risk management framework. About the role

Key areas of responsibility include:

- Insurance Program Management – leading the management and optimisation of the Group Insurance Program, overseeing insurance renewals, market engagement, risk transfer strategies, and the maintenance of accurate insurance records and documentation.
- Claims Management - managing the insurance claims lifecycle, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, timely resolution, financial oversight, and continuous improvement through claims analysis and loss prevention strategies.
- Broker, Insurer & Stakeholder Management - managing key insurance partnerships and provide expert advice on insurance strategy, contractual requirements and risk transfer solutions across the business.
- Dispute & Litigation Management - managing insurance disputes, coverage matters and claim escalations, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve favourable resolutions and minimise financial and operational risk to the Group.
- Reporting, Governance & Education - supporting our Group's risk and insurance governance framework through risk management initiatives, executive reporting, regulatory monitoring,



and stakeholder education to strengthen organisational resilience and compliance.

About you

You are a specialist in corporate insurance, insurance broking or claims management. You have strong people engagement skills and ability to work with all levels across a complex organisation.

Our ideal candidate may also have:

- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance programs, claims management and policy interpretation.
- Demonstrated experience managing broker, insurer and legal adviser relationships.
- Proven track record of effective placement and renewal of insurance programs and timely and commercially favourable claim outcomes.
- Demonstrated solution-focused advice, with a 'best for business' approach.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, law or a related discipline is preferred but not essential. Industry experience will be positively viewed.
- Relevant insurance qualifications (ANZIIF, CIP or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Additional training or credentials in governance, risk management, or compliance will be highly regarded.
