Royal on the Park is a 4.5 star independent hotel located in the heart of Brisbane, offering stunning views of the city skyline and the Botanic Gardens. With a history dating back to the 1960s, we are one of Brisbane's most sought-after hotels, and we pride ourselves on exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team on a full-time or part time basis. This role will suit a well-rounded hospitality professional with the flexibility and experience to work a variety of shifts in reception.

The Role

Key responsibilities include

- Attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests
- Administrative duties and cashiering
- Answering phones and handling enquiries
- Creating new reservations and updating existing
- Providing guests with information about the hotel and its surroundings
- Resolving guest complaints and following up to ensure a positive outcome
- Liaising with other departments, including housekeeping and concierge, to meet guest needs

About You

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience with Opera Cloud PMS highly regarded




- A passion for providing every guest with a positive experience
- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
- The ability to work professionally under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to lift and handle luggage
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
