We are a local property maintenance company looking for an experienced, reliable and capable person to join our team. Our work is varied, so this isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you might be repairing plaster and painting, the next completing carpentry work or knocking over a list of maintenance jobs.
Key responsibilities
- Plastering – repairs, patching and finishing
- Painting – preparation, repairs and general painting
- General carpentry – repairs, installations and smaller carpentry jobs
- General property maintenance – a broad range of repairs and maintenance work
About you
- Has their own reliable vehicle – this is a must
- Has their own tools
- Has solid hands-on experience
- Can work independently and problem-solve on site
- Takes pride in leaving a job finished properly
- Is reliable, punctual and communicates well
- Can work efficiently without needing someone looking over their shoulder all day
- Is comfortable dealing professionally with clients and tenants
- Has a valuable attitude and works well as part of a team
- Experienced across multiple areas of property maintenance and willing to get stuck in
