About the role
GrainCorp is currently looking for a casual Harvest Administrator to work as part of a national administrative team during the peak operational period of harvest. The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Administer timecards of grain handlers including schedules and exception management
- Time slotting and supply chain operations planning and delivery tasks
- Timecard support
- Manage harvest administrative processes
About your experience
Candidates will have prior experience in an admin role, ideally with timecard system experience. Candidates will also demonstrate:
- Time management skills
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate level with MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Ability prioritise work
- SAP and UKG Dimensions experience will be beneficial
