Are you semi-retired and looking for a few days of regular, flexible work?

Wiseberry Picton Real Estate is looking for a reliable, practical Handyman / Property Maintenance Person to join our team for approximately 3–5 days per week.

The role will involve a variety of general maintenance and property-related tasks, including:

- Installing and removing real estate signs
- Lawn mowing and general garden maintenance
- Cleaning and maintaining company vehicles
- General handyman and property maintenance jobs
- Assisting with preparing properties for sale and rental
- General errands and property-related tasks as required

About You We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Practical and confident using basic tools




- Physically capable of completing outdoor and maintenance tasks
- Able to work independently and manage their time
- Friendly and professional when representing our business
- Semi-retired or looking for part time work is encouraged to apply
- A current driver's licence is essential

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping busy, working outdoors and having a varied working week, without wanting a full-time office-based role. Based in Picton and surrounding areas
