We are now looking for an exceptional Head Chef to join Saint Haven Black, Toorak, leading the kitchen and dining experience within one of Melbourne’s most exclusive wellness destinations.

THE ROLE

Our dining experience is an integral part of Saint Haven. Built around premium, organic and nutrient-dense wholefoods, our menu delivers exceptional flavour without compromising our wellness philosophy.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead the kitchen operation, develop menus and specials, manage food and labour costs, and build a high-performing team that delivers consistently exceptional standards.

You’ll also work closely with our Executive Chef on member events, private dinners and memorable culinary experiences.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING





- Head Chef or strong Sous Chef experience in premium hospitality
- A passion for exceptional produce, wholefoods and wellness
- Strong kitchen leadership and commercial capability
- Impeccable standards across quality, presentation and service
- A hands-on, collaborative leadership style
- Experience within luxury hotels, restaurants or private members’ clubs highly regarded
