With offices across Australia, New Zealand and the UK, we’re building a different kind of legal business and we’re looking for a Head of Corporate to lead the next chapter of our Corporate practice.

The opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced corporate lawyer who wants to do more than simply deliver matters.

You’ll own the growth, performance and direction of the Corporate practice; building the team, growing client relationships, originating new work and helping us rethink how corporate legal services are delivered.

Business development sits at the heart of the role. You’ll be visible in the market, activate and grow your network, develop new client relationships and build a sustainable pipeline of work for the team.

You’ll also work closely with our CEO, Executive Team and fellow Heads of Team to help shape the broader Law Squared business.

- Deepen relationships with existing clients, referrers and strategic partners
- Originate new clients and matters and build a strong pipeline of work
- Lead, coach, develop and oversee legal work for a high-performing Corporate team

- Significant corporate law and transactional experience
- A demonstrated track record of winning work and developing client relationships
- A network and referral base you’re excited to activate and grow
- Experience leading and developing lawyers
- Strong commercial judgment and an ownership mindset
- Curiosity about AI, technology and how legal services will evolve
- A collaborative, team-first approach

You may currently be a Partner, Principal, Head of Practice or senior corporate lawyer ready for broader leadership responsibility. What matters most is that you’re excited by the opportunity to build something.
