Our College

Nambour Christian College (NCC) is an outstanding co-educational, inter-denominational Prep to Year 12 Christian School located in the heartland of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. NCC partners in the education of over 1,300 students through our dedicated sub-schools: Junior (P–6), Middle (7–9) and Senior (10–12).

About the Role The Head of Humanities, Senior School role commences in 2027 and provides leadership across Humanities curriculum, teaching and learning, and student engagement.

The role supports high-quality curriculum delivery, strengthens classroom practice, and contributes to a team-oriented departmental culture within a Christ-centred learning community.

You are a highly capable and relational educator who combines strong subject knowledge with proven leadership, organisation and communication skills. You are confident leading teams, supporting teacher growth, using data to inform practice,



and maintaining high expectations for student learning and engagement.
