About the Role The Health and Safety Administrator will ensure that the company maintains a healthy and safe working environment for all personnel, in accordance with Elecnor Australia system expectations, operating standards, and HS management manual, statutory requirements, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Health and Safety Manager in day-to-day activities
- Assist with maintaining the HS systems including data entry as required
- Administer accounts and services for the Energy BU HS team
- Coordinate meetings and team wide communications
- Collate and develop periodic HS Performance Reports and presentations
- Assist in the preparation of statistical and administrative information
- Coordinate HS training courses/workshops/meetings for the Adelaide office and Energy BU Projects
- Ensure HS Noticeboards display up-to-date information
- Maintain HS SharePoint / G Drive content
Qualifications and Experience:
- White Card (preferred, but can be obtained post-employment)
- Cert IV in WHS (preferred but not essential)
- Experience in a HS related role preferred
- Administrative experience essential
- Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office: Excel/PowerPoint/Word
