Full Time Permanent — Hybrid The Health Manager is responsible for the effective operation and delivery performance of the Signage & Wayfinding studio.

About the Role
- Working on major projects that provide a lot of challenges, learning experiences, and help shape healthcare environments in Australia
- Providing BIM Delivery on large-scale health projects.
. Responsible for dRofus – Revit Integration and documentation coordination.
- The dRofus and Health Manager will ensure each commission is properly established, coordinated, resourced and delivered, with clear responsibilities, timely decisions and appropriate design reviews.
- This is primarily a management and delivery role and based in our Brisbane Studio.
About You
- Must have 2-3 years minimum experience using dRofus and Revit.
- Responsible for ensuring staff understand what is required,
who is responsible and when work must be completed.
- Able to effectively allocate work according to project needs, programme, capability and staff availability.
- You enjoy drawing on shared experience from across the country to develop your skills, processes, and help troubleshoot problems as they arise.
. A desire to constantly developing your internal processes to improve design outcomes and documentation practices.
