CIMIC Group is seeking an experienced Health Management Coordinator to support the organisation’s occupational health and wellbeing framework as part of an integrated HSEQ system.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining a strong safety and wellbeing culture, ensuring legislative compliance, effective health risk management, and embedding a health and wellbeing framework that support employee health across the Group.
About the Role The primary purpose of this role is to support CIMIC’s occupational health and wellbeing systems, ensuring they are robust, compliant and continuously improving.
Key responsibilities include
- Contributing to the delivery of CIMIC’s health management program, with a focus on pre-employment medicals and health monitoring.
- Reviewing medical assessments for a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
- Maintaining accurate and confidential health records and data.
- Supporting projects to meet health monitoring requirements and fitness-for-work obligations.
- Enabling mobilisation of workers ensuring occupational health risks have been appropriately assessed.
- Ensuring health processes are delivered in a timely, accurate and compliant manner.
- Contributing to maintaining a secure, compliant and work-ready workforce through effective health management practices.

About You – Qualifications & Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualification or working towards in Allied Health, Occupational Health Nursing or Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline, or;
- Demonstrated equivalent experience in health, hygiene, injury management, safety, or a related field. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, health assessments, and relevant health, hygiene and privacy legislation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with database management and health management systems.
- High degree of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
- Robust attention to detail with the ability to understand broader business impacts.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
