This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Production Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility producing industrial concrete.

You'll play a hands-on role in the daily production process, responsible for loading raw ingredients into industrial mixers and palletising the finished output ready for distribution. Working a reliable Monday-to-Friday day shift (6:00 am - 3:00 pm) at a competitive $37/hr, this role offers stability on a fixed-term contract running through to January 2027. You'll join a hardworking team environment where safety and operational efficiency come first.

Your Responsibilities

n

- Pouring raw materials into industrial concrete mixers
n
- Safely operating and monitoring production machinery during the mixing process
n
- Stacking, packing,



and palletising finished concrete products for dispatch
n
- Performing manual handling and heavy lifting tasks safely
n
- Adhering strictly to site health, safety, and environmental protocols
n
- Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area throughout the shift
n

About You

n

n
- Prior experience as a Production Worker, Process Worker, or Factory Labourer (concrete or heavy manufacturing experience preferred)
n
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting, standing, and manual labour
n
- Punctual, reliable, and able to consistently commit to a 6:00 am start
n
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety guidelines
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
