Job Description

You'll own the floor: the team, the shift, the guest, and the standards. You report to the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the owners, other store managers and roastery team. Real authority on site.

Key responsibilities

Train and lead the floor team

n

Own the guest experience — especially the regulars who keep this shop humming

n

Manage POS / cash, stock, and suppliers

n

Hold food safety and workplace standards

n

Protect the culture: supportive, friendly, accountable

n

Be the in office decision maker when the COO and owners aren't there

n

Work closely with other Hark store managers so standards stay consistent across sites

n

About you

n

Real cafe or specialty-coffee management experience

n

Someone who gets a busy neighbourhood cafe and treats regulars like the business

n

Calm under pressure, clear with a team, warm with guests

n

Happy owning the venue end-to-end — not waiting for instructions

n





Adelaide-based; able to work the roster this shop needs (including Saturdays)

You will have the right to work full time hours in Australia. This is NOT a sponsored position.
