About the Role
n As Store Manager, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the store with a strong focus on sales, customer experience and team development.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being visible on the floor, coaching their team through customer interactions and staying close to the numbers.

You will:

- Drive sales, KPIs and overall store performance
n
- Lead from the front and create a strong sales culture
n
- Coach the team on styling, service and customer engagement
n
- Build confidence and capability across the wider team
n
- Maintain strong visual merchandising and presentation standards
n
- Manage stock flow, replenishment and operational priorities
n




- Identify opportunities to improve performance across busy trade periods
n
- Deliver a polished customer experience in a fast-paced outlet environment
n

What You'll Bring

You will ideally bring:

- Previous Store Manager experience within fashion or a similarly sales-driven retail environment
n
- Experience working in a high-volume store
n
- A proven track record of driving sales and KPI performance
n
- Strong coaching and people leadership skillsA genuine passion for styling, fashion and customer service
n
- Confidence working closely with your team on the sales floor
n
- Strong visual and presentation standards
n
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify sales opportunities
n
- Energy, resilience and the ability to thrive in a busy outlet environment
n
