THE ROLE

- Lead and coordinate a crew of up to 5
n
- Run projects from supplied plans and job information
n
- Ensure efficient and productive work practices on site
n
- Coordinate materials, equipment and daily site requirements
n
- Maintain high standards of workmanship
n
- Communicate professionally with clients and Project Management
n
- Work across all aspects of hard and soft landscaping
n
- Take ownership of the site and ensure the project is executed as planned
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' landscape construction experience
n
- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
n
- Minimum 2 years' Leading Hand experience
n
- Strong ability to read plans, set out and organise works
n
- Confident leading and directing a team
n




- Manual driver's licence preferred
n
- Machinery tickets preferred
n
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
