Primary Objective: The Manager is responsible for the overall management of the Career development and Training team and is responsible for strong team leadership, management, direction and advice in relation to the development, delivery, ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of quality professional development programs for Department of Children and Families staff, carers and service providers.
