About the role

Decina Bathroomware is opening a new warehouse facility in Pakenham and is seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join our Melbourne warehouse team. The role will initially commence with a 3-month probationary period, with the prospect to move into a permanent full-time position following successful completion of probation, subject to performance and suitability.

Key responsibilities

- Operating a high reach forklift safely and efficiently

- Put-away and retrieval of pallets from high-level racking

- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers

- Receiving and checking incoming stock

- Picking and preparing customer orders

- Stock replenishment and warehouse movements

- Assisting with cycle counts and stocktakes

- Handling bulky and fragile bathroomware products including baths and shower screens

- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse

About you

- Current Australian LF Forklift Licence





- Proven high reach forklift experience

- Previous warehouse/storeperson experience

- Experience working with pallet racking

- Strong safety awareness

- Good attention to detail and stock accuracy

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Container loading/unloading experience (highly regarded)
