Casual personal training role in Carabooda, WA, starting immediately. Between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission. Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week.

What This Actually Looks Like

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five current clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen. That is genuinely the role.

So What Is the Catch?

Honestly, there is no catch. There is just a standard. This works if you are:

- Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
- Driven. You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.
- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
- Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.
