- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Hungry. You want a real career, not just a few extra shifts.
- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.

That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

What Is Actually On The Table

Yeah. We hear that from every trainer who applies. Here is what you actually get: Backed from day one. Branding, profile, app and admin set up for you before your first client.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Weekly 1 on 1 mentoring. 15+ years of experience, every week, at no charge. Your mentor helps you close clients, fix programs and grow your income.

A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

A Week In This Role

Clients are booked and confirmed before you arrive, the paperwork is handled,



and your weekly mentoring just helped you sign five new ongoing members. You spend your day coaching, not chasing, and your income keeps climbing. That is the whole job.
