Rate: between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

Weekly hours: Grow to 20 to 30+ paid hours a week

Here Is Your Average Week

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here. That is the whole job.

- Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
