Hours: Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week

Here Is Your Average Week

You turn up and the diary is full and confirmed. Reminders and follow ups are already sent. Your mentor just helped you move five trials onto ongoing packages. Your hours grow, your pay grows, and none of it cost you a cent. That is what the week looks like.

What We Hand You On Day One

Fair reaction. So here is exactly what is on the table, no fine print: Fortnightly team workshops. Programming, sales and coaching skills. Keep sharpening the blade.

Done for you systems. Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

Your own PT assistant. Books sessions, sends reminders, handles follow ups and passes you notes before every client walks in. You just show up and coach.

No marketing to run. We do the ads, the calls and the follow up. You do the sessions.

A diary that fills itself. Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

You Trained to Coach, Not to Cold Call and Pay Rent

You chose this work to help people get robust and healthy, not to chase invoices and leads. You did not sign up to:

- Carry all the risk yourself with nobody in your corner when it gets hard
- Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before
- Pay $300 a week for the privilege of cold calling strangers and hoping one shows up
- Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed

- Accountable. You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.
- Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
- Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
- Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.

If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.
