About the role

We are seeking an experienced House & Land Stock Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our house and land packaging strategy. You will secure suitable land, package it with our home designs, and ensure our sales team has a ready-to-sell pipeline.

This is a purely internal, non-client-facing position. It is not a sales role, making it perfect for an operations or technical professional who prefers working behind the scenes to directly fuel the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

- Source land opportunities and maintain strong relationships with land developers and agents
- Site standard home designs onto blocks, accurately accounting for slope, orientation, and BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) ratings
- Prepare accurate pricing structures for house and land packages
- Maintain the master stock list to ensure all listings are up-to-date and sales-ready
- Coordinate weekly EDM's (Electronic Direct Mail) to showcase available stock to agents and prospective buyers
- Coordinate technical information and data to feed into marketing collateral
- Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously under tight deadlines

About you





- Prior experience in house and land coordination, estimating, or drafting/siting
- Solid understanding of land contours, setbacks, and siting constraints
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise pricing and compliance
- Proven ability to build rapport and negotiate with developers and land agents
- High organization skills to manage a fast-moving stock pipeline and weekly marketing schedules
