Housekeeper – Accommodation Guest Services

Positions available in Multiple Adelaide Hotel Locations

We have multiple housekeeping positions available across our hotel properties in Glenelg, Enfield, Burnside and North Adelaide.

Successful applicants will be employed at one nominated property based on their preferred location, availability and current vacancies. These roles do not require employees to work across multiple sites.

We are seeking dedicated Housekeepers to join our team and help create a true home away from home for our guests. Previous housekeeping experience is not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided to the right candidates.

About the Role

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms, apartments and public areas to a high standard. Using Flexkeeping, you will complete assigned room cleans, report maintenance issues with photos, record lost property and help ensure our properties provide a safe, welcoming and well-presented setting for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms and apartments to a high standard, with strong attention to detail.

- Use Flexkeeping to manage assigned tasks, report maintenance issues and document lost property.
- Complete scheduled deep cleans and monthly cleaning tasks.
- Maintain public areas, including reception areas, hallways and offices.




- Ensure amenities are stocked and consistently presented.
- Follow hygiene, work health and safety, and chemical-handling procedures.
- Provide friendly customer service and assist guests when required.
- Work efficiently, manage your time effectively and complete allocated rooms within expected timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues and contribute positively to the team culture.
- Assist with training recent team members when required.

Essential Requirements A willingness to learn our housekeeping standards and procedures.

- Ability to use Flexkeeping or a similar system, or a willingness to learn.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high standard of personal presentation and pride in wearing a uniform.
- Reliability, trustworthiness and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to arrive at rostered shifts on time using your own reliable transport or public transport.

Desirable Skills Previous housekeeping or skilled cleaning experience, although this is not essential.
