Position Details The HR, Risk and Compliance Manager is a senior skilled services role responsible for leading the College's human resources function and coordinating its risk, compliance and Work Health and Safety (WHS) frameworks. The HR, Risk and Compliance Manager provides trusted advice, develops effective systems and assurance, and works closely with the Principal, College leaders and College Council to support a high-performing, safe, compliant and well-governed College.
Operational leaders retain accountability for risks and compliance obligations within their areas. The HR, Risk and Compliance Manager is supported by a 0.6 FTE HR and Compliance Administration Officer and draws on CEWA and external specialist advice for complex or technical matters.
