An opportunity is available for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to join a long-standing and well-established business within the construction materials and recycling industry.
Based in Melbourne's western suburbs, the role will support multiple operational sites across Melbourne. A maintained company vehicle is included as part of the package.
This is a hands-on operational HSEQ role working closely with site managers, operational leaders and frontline teams to identify risks, improve compliance and drive positive HSEQ outcomes.
The role will cover
- Health, Safety, Environment & Quality
- Risk management and compliance
- Site audits and inspections
- Incident investigation
- Training and toolbox discussions
- Injury management and rehabilitation
- HSEQ reporting and continuous improvement The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' dedicated HSEQ/WHS experience, ideally within a high-risk environment such as manufacturing, construction, recycling, quarrying or heavy industry. A Cert IV or higher in OHS/WHS is essential.
This role would suit a practical and confident HSEQ professional who enjoys being on site, working closely with operational teams and providing practical advice to improve safety and compliance.
