About the Role
You will act as the primary People & Culture advisor to an allocated Line of Business, providing expert strategic support on workforce planning, talent management, leadership capability, complex employee relations, and organisational change.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that align with business priorities and commercial outcomes
- Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, misconduct, grievances, and restructures
- Provide expert advice on Australian employment law, Fair Work, and industrial relations
- Support talent identification, succession planning, and leadership capability development
- Coach and oversee offshore People & Culture team members to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
- Drive employee engagement, culture, and experience initiatives
- Deliver workforce insights and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
About You
- 5 years’ HR experience with a strong background in senior HR Business Partnering (professional services, consulting, or technology environment preferred)
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders and executives
- Extensive knowledge of Australian employment legislation and experience managing complex ER cases
- Experience leading or coaching offshore/remote HR teams
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and change management capability
- Highly analytical with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HRIS is highly desirable.
