People & Culture Coordinator | Sydney

Amazing career opportunity to build your HR generalist experience in an award winning team at this leading professional services firm. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.

Working closely with the national People & Culture team, you’ll support:

- Recruitment, onboarding, employment changes and offboarding.
- Employment documentation, HR records and Workday transactions.
- Respond to HR queries, reporting, dashboards and cyclical P&C; processes.
- Employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
- Business Partnering projects and process improvement.

We’re looking for someone highly organised,



detail focused and confident working with a range of stakeholders. You’ll bring strong communication skills, sound judgement, confidentiality and a genuine interest in improving the way people processes are delivered. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator or HR Administrator to join a collaborative team and broaden their People & Culture experience.
