Farm Insurance Specialist (Field Based) Locations: Bathurst | Orange | Lithgow | Blayney & Surrounds

What You'll Be Doing

- Hitting the Road: Visiting farms to conduct in office risk analysis and offer tailored solutions.
n
- Owning Your Patch: Growing and managing your own portfolio of rural clients.
n
- Community Presence: Building trust with local farmers through face-to-face expertise.
n
- Driving Growth: Proactively converting leads into long-term, loyal partnerships.

About You (The Essentials)

n

n
- Local Knowledge: You are currently residing in Launceston or surrounding areas. Local roots matter.
n
- Ag-Fluent: You have a demonstrated background, exposure, or a deep interest in the Agriculture sector.
n
- Sales Grit: You've worked to targets before. You know how to identify new business, manage a pipeline, and close a deal.
n
- Stability & Commitment: We are looking for someone who wants to plant roots.

The Payoff On Offer

- Up to $127K pkg (subject to exp)
n
- Variable Rem + health and welfare benefits.

- Vehicle: Tools of trade including company car

- Flexibility: Hybrid

- Extra: Insurance experience is a plus, however, we'll back the right person. If you have a background in Ag-Banking, Sales and Customer service with a strong connection to the farm community, we'll pay for your RG146 and provide full training.
